Hi there and welcome to my blog! My name is Melanie {pronounced Mel-AH-nee as apposed to Mel-AY-nee}. I am a 23 year old illustrator currently residing in the County of Orange.
Although I was born in Pomona California, I spent a large portion of my upbringing in The Netherlands. At age 15 I found myself back in the U.S. where I finished high school and attended college at the Art Institute of CA OC.
In 2011 I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Media Arts & Animation as a Visual Development Artist, you can view my Illustrations at The Art Of Berg.
I try and update my Life&Style Blog A Modern Dame once a week, where I share all of my fancy fashion obsessions, current crafty DIY's, and general love of life.
I also have a writing blog where I share my thoughts on the art of writing, excerpts from my personal writes, and updates on my current novel at Shadowed Thoughts.
